Citrus United is the oldest and largest soccer club in Citrus County, serving over 500 kids each season for both recreational and competitive soccer. Recreational soccer is devoted to the development and enjoyment of soccer players. Competitive soccer helps bring the soccer player to a higher skill level.
 
We at Citrus United are all volunteers helping with the advancement of the player and encouraging a lasting love of the sport
·        Recreational soccer is for ages 3 - 19
·        Development programs available for ages 8-12
·        Competitive teams are u9 -u19 tryouts start in May
·        Fall recreational season starts with signups in August
 
We are always looking for dedicated volunteers and coaches, and coaches' training classes are available at no cost to the coach.

COMPETITIVE TRYOUTS

CITRUS UNITED SOCCER CLUB is looking for players who desire to play soccer in a higher competitive format where the mission is to train and develop skilled players. This program is designed to develop each player to his/her fullest potential with responsibility and commitment to a team. We believe strongly in developing a player that are technically sound, tactically aware and physically capable and very comfortable with the ball. COACHES

Coach Derek Young and Coach Kenny Young are both passionate and experienced soccer coaches with a proven track record of guiding athletes to achieve both personal and team achievements. 

Together these coaches bring 38+ years of combined coaching experience. They plan to bring forth a commitment to fostering a positive team environment conducive to success and overall wellness. Skilled in designing resourceful and effective game plans, consisting of defensive and offensive techniques.
