Refund Request Form - If your child registered with Citrus United and you are requesting a refund, you should fill out this form and mail it to the address on the form. Prior to September 1, 2023 - Full Fee will be reimbursed Between September 1 - October 1st - 50% of your fee will be reimbursed After October 1, 2023 - No fee will be reimbursed. |
